This small hou­sing pro­ject is si­tua­ted in a stran­ge­ly he­te­ro­ge­nic neigh­bour­hood, due as much to its re­lief, ve­ry event­ful al­lo­wing sur­pri­sing views over Pa­ris, as to its constructions. In­scri­bed on a tri­an­gu­lar cross­road lot it re­lates the dis­em­bo­we­led rue des Pavillons where de­ri­so­ry re­lics of old Me­nil­mon­tant sub­sist and the rue Pel­le­port com­po­sed as a ho­mo­ge­nious clo­sed cor­ri­dor by its five to six sto­rey buil­dings. The site is fi­nal­ly bloc­ked on the west by an au­tis­tic 17 sto­rey bar left be­hind since the constructive ef­fer­ves­cence of the se­ven­ties.
