The context of the project is an urban plot of small width (20 meters) on the street, and of great length (87 meters). A further difficulty is the presence of common party walls inside the plot, with a maximum gable height of 23 meters.
The role of the architecture is to go beyond the conditions of enclosure inherent to the urban plot, the party walls and the planning rules for ground occupation.
